Please be advised that starting Monday, February 11th, 2008 you will be required to use the latest FirstClass 9.022 client software.

The reason for the upgrade is for stability and reliability purposes. The user interface changes are fairly minimal and basic functionality will stay the same. Classroom computers with older versions of FirstClass installed on it will be upgraded at a later date.

The upgrade is now available for download. This process should only take 10-15 mins. We recommend upgrading before the deadline date. In the event that you login with an old FirstClass client the day of or after the deadline date, you will receive an automated reminder email. Once the client is correctly installed, you will no longer receive the automated email. As always, please call the Computer Help Desk at 413-662-5276 for questions in regard to this upgrade.
