Help with logging into BLS Vista

BLS Vista requires an MCLANET User ID and Password. The Web CT login page is located at http://vista.mcla.edu. If you are having trouble accessing BLS Vista check the following:

For Students:

• Check that you are using the correct MCLANET User ID and Password.

• Ensure that your class is setup to use BLS Vista. There sometimes is confusion as to where online course work is. Some faculty members use FirstClass to post course work and not Blackboard Vista, some use both. Check with your instructor to be clear as to where your course work is.

• Disable all pop-up blockers associated with your browser.

• Use the browser check feature located at http://www.webct.com/tuneup

For Faculty:

• Check that you are using the correct MCLANET User ID and Password.

• Disable all pop-up blockers associated with your browser.

• Use the browser check feature located at http://www.webct.com/tuneup

• Confirm that your course area has been setup by Academic Technology. You must request a course area with them before it can be setup.
