You are required to go through the account activation and retrieval process to obtain your MCLANET ID and password. Visit the following web address to retrieve and activate your MCLANET ID and password.

http://helpdesk.mcla.edu/register

The registration process is simple and should take less then 10 minutes to do. You will be asked to identify yourself, agree to the standard MCLA communications policy, and be asked to setup challenge questions in case you forget your password. You will then be asked to choose a password of your own.

At the end of this process you will be given your MCLANET ID which will start with “a100” followed by 5 digits. It is important to keep this information and is recommended that you print it out so that you may refer back to it. The password field is left blank intentionally to ensure security. However, you may wish to make note of your password.

After you have printed your MCLANET ID and password you can then go on to activate your E-Campus FirstClass (E-mail) account and download the associated client software.
