How do I reset my challenge questions?

To change the challenege questions you selected during your account activation.

NOTE: You must know your current userid and password to change it.

1. Visit http://helpdesk.mcla.edu/tools.htm
2. Select the link to Reset Your Challenge Questions.

From this point, the on screen instructions will guide you through the process.
