How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

We cannot give out the password you chose when you registered for your account. However, with our self service tools you can reset your password.

To reset your MCLANET password:

1. Goto http://helpdesk.mcla.edu/tools.htm
2. Click on Reset a Lost Password

You will be asked to answer the challenge questions that you originally setup when activating your account. Once you have done so correctly you will then be able to reset your password.
