How do I set my default browser for FirstClass?

To set Explorer as your default browser when using FirstClass

1. Close FirstClass

2. Close All Internet Explorer, Mozilla, or Netscape Windows

3. Go to the Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)

4. Choose Internet Options

5. In the Programs Tab - Make sure that the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" is CHECKED.

6. Click "Ok"

7. Open Internet Explorer

8. If it asks you to set it as the default browser, say yes.

9. Close Internet Explorer

10. Open First Class

11. Try a link from your email. Email links aside, HTTP links should open in IE.

To auto-open FirstClass as the default email client for web-links

1. In Firstclass - goto "Edit" "Preferences"

2. On the first screen, check the box "register FirstClass as default mail client.

3. Click "Apply" then "OK"
