I forgot my MCLANET ID (a100XXXXX) but remember my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your MCLANET ID (a100XXXXX) you can obtain it by following the steps below.

To get you MCLANET ID:

  1. Goto http://helpdesk.mcla.edu/tools.htm
  2. Click on 'Retrieve forgotten MCLANET ID'

You will be asked to enter your social security number. Your MCLANET ID will then appear.
