MCLA uses [https://www.extron.com/product/in1608xi Extron] for all our video switching systems on campus. You'll find these in nearly every classroom, and it serves to easily switch the video signal to the projector from the instructor's station computer, a laptop, a document camera, or other video device.

PTZ's ON CAMPUS

MCLA uses AverMedia PTZ's in most of our classrooms across campus. This was introduced during the pandemic to help our instructors teach remotely and is still used today in our hybrid courses. These cameras are all equipped with a Rode shotgun microphone to pick up the audio in the room at the highest quality possible.
