Copier supplies can be ordered through Connecticut Business Systems (CBS). Departments do not get charged directly for consumable supplies when ordering. The following supplies can be ordered.
  
Computer Support would like to remind you that we have reserved a regular maintenance window Tuesday mornings from 6 am to 8 am.  While we will not need to use it every week this provides us an off hours opportunity to perform work that may have an impact on services.

*Waste Toner Bins

This Tuesday ( 9/15 ) during our window there will be two to three 15 minute interruptions in telephone service to Flagg Townhouses C and D as we switch around some lines.  There will also be a half hour period starting around 7 am during which voice mail to the whole campus will be unavailable while we do some maintenance to that software.  Finally, there will be a 10 minute reboot of our spam filter and one of our Web servers to make some adjustments.

We expect all services to be functioning by 8 am.

Copier supplies can be ordered through Connecticut Business Systems (CBS). Departments do not get charged directly for consumable supplies when ordering. The following supplies can be ordered.

Any parts outside of this must require a service order to be placed.

  • 1. Call 1-800-842-0009. Please have your equipment ID or serial number available to give to the supply team
  • 2. Email CBSWebOrders@xerox.com provide the same information as provided above
  • 3. Go to www.cbs-gisx.com, Click support, then go to order supplies and fill out the information requested like screenshot below:

Once I receive the supplies, how do I install them?
