View source for I cannot seem to locate some of my e-mail messages associated with an ongoing e-mail correspondence?

Some messages that are part of an ongoing correspondence may show within a threaded message. To view these messages you may need to expand the threaded view of a correspondence. 
Users may find it helpful to disable this type of grouping which is called 'conversations'. The following guide will walk you through how to disable this feature.
