The http://sso.mcla.edu portal page is designed to maintain a single sign on session between multiple applications. It will ensure that session is maintained during the time the web browser is open to provide the ease-of-use between e-mail, canvas, and other services you find on the single sign on site. The only method to fully log out of the system is to close the web browser and all associated windows with that browser.
