Yodeck is a platform that MCLA uses to broadcast informational media content on TV's throughout campus. Some of these locations are Centennial Room (cafeteria), Information Booth, FCSI Lobby, Freel Library, Mark Hopkins, Fitness Center, and many more. If you are part of a department that wants to be able to submit content to display on these TV's, request access to Yodeck by emailing or calling [[Media Services]] at x5328.

-On the left side of the dashboard, you will see a menu. Click on the “Media” folder and choose which type of media you wish to upload. <br> -If you are thinking of loading a video keep in mind that signage locations tend not to have audio. In some cases, captions can be added or volume can be turned on, media services can help you with that. <br> -If you want to incorporate a web page, it is essential to note that only the portion that first appears can be visible. There is no scrolling. Uploading images <br> -Images and documents is simpleare straight forward, and you can upload just about any format you desirewant. <br>However, PNG images are preferred in most cases as they allow transparency (the background will show around the image were a .PDF will cover the background with black). <br> -The software will automatically fit your documents and images to the frameautomatically. <br> -When you click on “All Media” you will see a media type, page with all the page will display every item items that is are already uploaded to your workspace. <br> -To add an item, click on the "+ Add" “Add Media” button at on the bottom of the page.
