Service to our network has been scheduled for Thursday, February 18th at 7:00am to 7:30am.  We expect that network access on campus and access to MCLA services from off-campus will not be impacted during this time frame. Take note that unanticipated problems can occur during this type of work but we expect things to go smoothly because of the back up systems we have in place. Please call the Computer Help Desk at x5276 for questions concerning this service.

As the new daylight saving time start date approaches, we recommend for those users who utilize any type of calendaring software to print out their March calendar appointments and events. This is for precautionary backup purposes. In particular, the appointments between March 11, 2007 through April 01, 2007 should be reviewed after daylight saving starts.

This service time is outside of our normal service window due to the unexpected failure of a power supply which puts us at risk of an unscheduled outage during working hours. This failing power supply will be replaced during this service period.

As the new daylight saving time start date approaches, we recommend for those users who utilize any type of calendaring software to print out their March calendar appointments and events. This is for precautionary backup purposes. In particular, the appointments between March 11, 2007 through April 01, 2007 should be reviewed after daylight saving starts.

This includes calendaring software for handheld devices such as Palms.
