As the new daylight saving time start date approaches, we recommend for those users who utilize any type of calendaring software to print out their March calendar appointments and events. This is for precautionary backup purposes. In particular, the appointments between March 11, 2007 through April 01, 2007 should be reviewed after daylight saving starts.

Certain users prefer not to have their e-mail messages threaded together in a group. This is called 'conversations' in Office 365 Outlook Web App. Turning off conversation view will un-thread each message and display it individually. The following procedure must be used to turn off conversations.  
  
This includes calendaring software for handheld devices such as Palms.
