Student Laptop Repair Procedure

  1. Bring your laptop with power adapter to The MCLA Computer HelpDesk located on the first floor of Murdock Hall in office 112
  2. Fill out a Student Computer Service Form, make sure to fill the form out completely and sign the bottom.
  3. A HelpDesk Consultant will be there to accept the laptop. We will call you as soon as service has been completed. Most repairs are done on the same day. If this is a program laptop] in for repair - you can request a replacement loaner laptop for the time it is being repaired for. To take out a loaner you must sign the "Borrower’s Responsibility Form".
