Why do messages I delete come back?

There are certain e-mail messages that appear to have come over from our previous e-mail system that can be difficult to delete. The best method to delete these messages is to use the following method:

• 1. Open the message
• 2. Click the ‎ near the top right corner of the message
• 3. Select 'Delete'
