Voice Recording
- 1. Open the Teams Client on your computer
- 2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner, select 'Settings'
- 3. Click on 'Calls'
- 4. In the voicemail section click on 'Record a Greeting'
- 5. Follow voice prompts
Set Text-To-Speech Greeting
- 1. Open the Teams Client on your computer
- 2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner, select 'Settings'
- 3. Click on 'Calls'
- 4. In the voicemail section type in your custom greeting under Text-to-speech customized greeting.
- Note: If you've recorded a greeting, it'll override the text-to-speech option.
