Office 365 Configure Outlook App on Mobile

Set up MCLA email in using Outlook for Apple iOS (Requires iOS devices using iOS 10.0 or higher)

• 1. Download the Outlook app through the apple store
• 2. Open the Outlook App, Tap Settings Outlook app settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
• 3. For email address enter your A number with @mcla.edu at the end (Example A10000000@mcla.edu, then tap Add Account.)
• 4. Enter your A number and password at the MyMCLA Portal sign in page.
• 5. Tap 'Yes' or 'Allow' to give Outlook permission to sync calendar, contacts, etc.
• 6. Swipe through the intro and you're now ready to use Outlook for iOS!

Set up MCLA email using Outlook for Android (Requires Android 4.1 and up)

• 1. Download the Outlook app through the google play store.
• 2. Open the Outlook App, Open the Menu and tap Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.
• 3. For email address enter your A number with @mcla.edu at the end (Example A10000000@mcla.edu, then tap Add Account.)
• 4. Enter your A number and password at the MyMCLA Portal sign in page.
• 5. Tap 'Yes' or 'Allow' to give Outlook permission to sync calendar, contacts, etc.
• 6. You're now ready to use Outlook for Android!
