Scanning to Email
- 1. After tapping into copier with MCLA ID, select “Scan” from the homepage
- 2. You will be prompted to either send the scan to your MCLA email or to OneDrive
- 3. After selecting “Scan to my Email” you will be able to edit the subject, filename, and print settings of your scan.
- 4. Once ready, select “Start” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
- 5. Once the first scan is completed, a prompt will appear asking if you would like to scan another page. This option only applies when scanning multiple pages.
- 6. If you are scanning multiple pages, select “Scan next page”
- 7. Once all pages have been scanned, select “Finish”
- 8. A new screen should appear with the message “Scan completed”
- 9. You should then receive an Email from PaperCut MF with your scan(s)
Scanning to OneDrive
- 1. After scanning into copier with MCLA ID, select “Scan” from the homepage

- 3. After selecting “Onedrive” you will be able to edit the filename and print settings of your scan.
- 4. Once ready, select “Start” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

- 9. If it is your first time scanning to OneDrive, you will get sent an Authorization email first before receiving your scan. Once receiving this email, select “Login to Onedrive for Business”
- 10. After successfully logging in; You should now receive a new email containing your scan. Inside this email you can view your scan(s) by clicking “Go to your scan!”
- 11. Your scan will also be available to view directly from your OneDrive folder. Once in Onedrive, select “Apps” then “Scans for PaperCut MF” - You should now be able to see all of your scans.
