Microsoft Teams Telephony

Certain MCLA will be replacing its telephone system with Microsoft Teams. This enables users prefer not to have their e-mail messages threaded together in a group. This is called 'conversations' in Office 365 Outlook Web App. Turning off conversation view will un-thread each message and display it individually. The make or receive through the following procedure must be used to turn off conversations. options:
*1A Teams-enabled physical desk phone installed in your office. Click on the sort order drop down selection box near *Through your computer using the top of your inboxMicrosoft Teams client software. The default setting is usually 'ITEMS BY DATE'*2Through your cell phone using the Microsoft Teams app. Click 'off' under 'CONVERSATIONS'
