On Saturday morning, May 26, MCLA's First Class email server will be shut down so that it can be moved. It will be returned to operation later in the afternoon or early evening. For the majority of the day there will be no email, no announcements, no access to First Class course areas, etc. This does not mean that any incoming email will be lost or turned away. It will not disrupt access to any of our Web services or our local network.
As we move closer to the roll out of Microsoft Office 2007, we ask that all users of Office XP and Office 2003 install the Office 2007 compatibility patch. For users of Office XP/2000, the patch ensures file format compatibility with Office 2007. This is essential as we start the process of distributing Office 2007.  The instructions on how to install this patch are located If you have questions or concerns please contact John Clark at: http://techhelp.mcla.edu/converter Please call the Help Desk at (413) 662-5276 for questions about his processx5276.
