MCLA ==Media Services==Media Services, as part of Computer Support Services, provides remote access a number of AV related services to software using Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)all members of the MCLA community. This service allows MCLA students<!-- Media Services, located on the second floor of Murdock Hall, faculty provides technical support and setups of [[Technology Enhanced Facilities | instructional technology]] and audio visual equipment campus wide. We schedule and deliver classroom AV equipment and are responsible for sound reinforcement and staff to access license software typically found in our computer labs 24/7other media activities at academic, from anywherestudent and administrative functions. With the ability Media Services also coordinates activities related to access this system with just a web browsersatellite and PolyCom [[Video Conferencing| video conference]] systems, users can have off-air television recording and maintains the flexibility to connect using a tabletfaculty [[Media Center | Multimedia Development Lab ]](digital imaging, phonedigital audio and video editing, Mac, PC, ChromebookCD and DVD production). Users also have the ability to download a more robust Remote Desktop client that provides an optimized experience. Because the process is cloud-based, the experience is identical for all users.->
