Document Scanning on a BlazerPrint Copier

*2. You will be prompted to either send the scan to your MCLA email or to OneDrive
*3. After selecting “Scan to my Email” you will be able to edit the subject, filename, and print settings of your scan.
*4. Once ready, select “Start” in the bottom right -hand corner of the screen

==Scanning to OneDrive==
*1. After scanning 'Tap' into copier BlazerPrint Copier with MCLA Photo ID, select . Select “Scan” from the homepage
*2. You will be prompted to either send the scan to your MCLA email or to OneDrive
*3. After selecting “Onedrive” you will be able to edit the filename and print settings of your scan.
*4. Once ready, select “Start” in the bottom right -hand corner of the screen

*9. If it is your first time scanning to OneDrive, you will get sent an Authorization email first before receiving your scan. Once receiving this email, select “Login to Onedrive for Business”
*10. After successfully logging in; You should now you will receive a new email containing your scan. Inside this email , you can view your scan(s) by clicking “Go to your scan!” *11. Your scan will also be available to view directly from your OneDrive folder. Once in Onedrive, select “Apps” then “Scans for PaperCut MF” - You should now be able to will see all of your scans.
