1==Description==BlazerPrint is MCLA's robust and secure copying, printing, scanning, and fax solution served through a series of high-end multifunction copiers located conveniently across campus. Click All MCLA’s copiers have the Apple button same tablet-like touchscreen experience. The BlazerPrint system has an intuitive design that is simple to use, resulting in fewer clicks to complete a job and less time spent when scanning, copying and printing. BlazerPrint is driven by a management system called PaperCut which allows for a customized end user personal experience by connecting to OneDrive, email, and faxing. All BlazerPrint copiers have been equipped with embedded card reader technology allowing you to tap your MCLA ID card to authenticate to the device and it will know who you are so it can offer a customized experience. This customization solves the upper left hand corner problem of finding the desktop*2right printer. 4. Add a printer by clicking on the + button in the bottom left hand corner.

6. In the "Add Printer" window, right click (or CTRL-click) on the toolbar area.*7. Select "Customize Toolbar". [[Image:CustomizeToolbar.png]] 8. When the “Searching for Printers” process finishes, choose “Windows printer via spoolss” from the “Type” drop down and fill in the rest of the fields as seen below.*11. The "PRINTER NAME" and "PRINTER LOCATION" fields are the name of the printer and the location of the printer. *PLEASE NOTE – change MCLA-PALM-W03 to MCLA-PALM-W03.mcla.edu:9100 (for OS 10.7.2)  *12. Click "add" to complete the process.   [[Image:CompletedPrinterSetup.png]]    Upon the first print job sent to the printer you will be required to click on the printer icon located in the dock, and 'resume' the print job. Upon resume you will be asked for your MCLANET User ID and password. Enter in this information and click the checkbox that allows the credentials to be saved.
