If the event you experience any malfunction with copiers, a service order should be placed with CBS directly. There are three ways to submit a service order.7 Lion==
*Call 1-800-842-0009. Click Please have you equipment ID or serial number available to give the Apple button in the upper left hand corner customer care center along with a description of the desktop*2problem. Add a printer by clicking CBS ID sticker on the + button in the bottom left hand cornerfront of your Xerox Device.*5. Select the advanced button that was just added.*10. When the “Searching for Printers” process finishes, choose “Windows printer via spoolss” from the “Type” drop down and fill in provide the rest of the fields same information as seen below.*11. Upon resume you will be asked for your MCLANET User ID and password. Enter in this information and click the checkbox that allows the credentials to be saved.
