Blackboard uses specific software such as Java and pop-up windows. The browser check should walk you through the set up of this software. If you need additional help, there is a link at the top of the screen "browser tuneup" that will take you to a web site that will walk you through what you need to know to set your browser up correctly for Blackboard.
