There are certain e-mail messages that appear to have come over from our previous e-mail system that can be difficult to delete. The best method to delete these messages is to use the following method:
*1. Open the message
*2. Click the [[image:O365_more1.png]] near the top right corner of the message
*3. Select 'Delete'
