Mac Users
MCLA provides remote access to software using Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). This service allows MCLA students, faculty and staff to access license software typically found in our computer labs 24/7, from anywhere. With the ability to access this system with just a web browser, users can have the flexibility to connect using a tablet, phone, Mac, PC, Chromebook. ==Windows Users also have the ability to download a more robust Remote Desktop client that provides an optimized experience. Because the process is cloud-based, the experience is identical for all users.==
Here is a Staff who have Windows PCs issued to them by MCLA will automatically have 'BlazerPrint' appear in their list of printers to print to. Select it in your list of software that is currently available through printers and print to it. Your print job will be held in the AVD service:BlazerPrint virtual printer queue where you can release it on any BlazerPrint copier on campus.

Any future jobs will process without the need to enter your credentials until your password changes at which point you'll need to Access via Remote Desktop App (Optional)==update your keychain password.
