*Click the Apple drop down menu located on the top left corner of your screen and select ‘System Preferences’==Windows Users==*Select ‘Printers & Scanners’*In the Staff who have Windows PCs issued to them by MCLA will automatically have 'BlazerPrint' appear in their list of printers, remove any current network to print to. Select it in your list of available printers you are connected and print to by selecting it. Your print job will be held in the BlazerPrint virtual printer and clicking the ‘-‘ symbol near the bottomqueue where you can release it on any BlazerPrint copier on campus.*Once In the event you do not have removed all network printers from this printer listed, please contact the list, MCLA Tech Help Desk at 413-662-5276. ==Mac Users== Mac Users need to download a program called 'PaperCut Print Deploy' to access the following proper print drivers that offer all finishing options.dmg file from: *1. Ensure your Mac is connected to the on-campus MCLA network through Eduroam (preferred) or Blazernet*2. [http://techhelp.mcla.edupapercut:9191/toolsprint-deploy/installersclient-setup/MacPrinterInstallermacos.dmghtml Download the PaperCut Print Deploy Client here]*3. Once downloaded, open the MacPrinterInstallerPrint Deploy .dmg file.*You will see the ‘MacPrinters’ icon appear on your desktopinstaller is fully downloaded, double click on this drive and open it.*Hold the control key down and click on MacPrinters file located within the MacPrinter drive. Select the ‘Open’ option on the menu pkg file that appears.**[[Image:Mac034.png]]Follow the installer prompts to complete the installation of the Print Deploy Client*Click ‘Open’ on 5. Open the security dialog box (if shown)*Click on Apple script icon Print Deploy client located in the dock**top right corner of your screen. Once selected, click Click on ‘Install Printer’. 'View my printers'**[[Image:Mac057.png]]*A confirmation about the printer you would like Confirm 'BlazerPrint' is installed will display, click ‘Proceed’ to continue with installation.*The new printer will now appear in the Printers & Scanner screen8. Double chick on Print a document to BlazerPrint then open the printer to display icon that shows in the printer queuedock.*Click the ‘Printer’ menu option at the top and select ‘Print Test Page’*The ‘testprint’ 9. You will see that your job will indicate ‘Hold be waiting for Authentication’authentication, click the ‘resume’ option which is specified by reload icon on the following icon:print job**[[Image:Mac0610.png]]*You will be asked to enter Enter your A number and password. Click in the option checkbox ‘Remember login prompt and select 'Remember this password in my keychain’ and select ‘OK’keychain'*Confirm 11. Once authorized the test job has printed on document will process through the BlazerPrint printerqueue. Any future jobs will process without the need to enter your credentials until your password changes at which point you'll need to update your keychain password.
