#A HelpDesk Consultant will be there to accept the laptop. We will call you as soon as service has been completed. Most repairs are done on the same day. If this is a [http://www.mcla.edu/laptop program laptop]] in for repair - you can request a replacement loaner laptop for the time it is being repaired for. To take out a loaner you must sign the "[http://techhelp.mcla.edu/pdf/MCLA_Laptop_Loaner_Program.pdf Borrower’s Responsibility Form]".
