Description

The student information system is made up of a centralized database where student records are stored. This system is maintained by Computer Services (Data services). It is utilized by various administrative offices and faculty. It can also be used by students to view their grades and class schedule.

• Faculty Tools - Faculty use this tool to look up advisee reports and rosters. It also has an 'e-mail your class' feature.
• Student Tools - Student tools allow current MCLA students to download an unofficial transcript, view financial aid information and access class schedules. It also links to the bookstore website for easy online ordering of course materials.
