How do I reset my Banner PIN?
If you forgot your 6 digit PIN you must use the FORGOT PIN feature.
On the Banner log in page:
- 1. Enter your A number in the username field. (Remember to capitalize)
- 2. Click FORGOT PIN
- 3. Enter the answer to your challenge question.
If you see a message that indicates the following error: "Authorization Failure - Security Question is not setup." This means you have not setup a PIN for your Banner account.
